Returns Policy
A little care, on both sides
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items should be unused, with their original tags and packaging. Send your order number and a photo of the item on WhatsApp before sending anything back.
When something is not right
If an item arrives damaged or is different from your order, please message us so we can review it with you. Return delivery charges and the available refund or exchange method will be confirmed before you send the item.
